At AASAI, we take utmost care in designing, producing, and inspecting every garment before it is dispatched. As all purchases are carefully prepared and quality-checked, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered.
Exceptions will only be considered in the rare event that:
- The product received has a verified manufacturing defect;
- The item delivered is different from the product that was ordered;
- There is a significant discrepancy in the fabric or colour of the product received compared to the item purchased.

If you believe your order falls under any of the above categories, please get in touch with our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your package by writing to hello@theaasai.com. Kindly include your order details, a brief description of the concern, and clear photographs showing the issue to help us review your request promptly.
All requests will be assessed by our Quality Assurance team. If the concern is found to be genuine, AASAI will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
To qualify for review, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items sent back without prior approval from our Customer Care team will not be accepted.
