Yes, worldwide. India delivery is free over INR 30,000. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

For international orders, customs and import duty are the buyer's responsibility. We mark every parcel honestly. Most countries have a duty-free threshold below which you will not be charged.

Email us within an hour of placing the order and we will catch it before it ships. Once it leaves us, the next step is the returns flow.

On select pieces, yes. Mention the piece and your measurements in your note and we will check with the studio.

It means the piece is cut to the size on the label, with the studio's natural ease. Most kantha shirts are cut loose by design. If you prefer a closer fit, drop a size.

Hand wash in cool water with a mild, natural detergent. Roll in a towel to remove excess water. Line dry in the shade. Iron on medium heat while slightly damp.

Most of our silks can be dry-cleaned. Look for the care note on the product page; if it says hand wash only, please respect that.

Naturally dyed pieces will settle into a slightly softer shade over the first few washes. This is expected and part of the craft. Bright synthetic colours will not bleed if washed cool and dried in the shade.

Folded along a fresh line every few months, stored in a cotton pouch, never plastic. Light and air are friends; damp and direct sun are not.

We recommend dry cleaning. Machine wash and hand wash can also be done. Sarees can only be dry cleaned.
